Medabot hard shading process tutorial thingy

For those who wonder how I do these.
You start with reference of course. Then you create the pose by using volumes (all with pencil).
Then you draw the detail in pencil.
Go over that with pen to create the outline. (make sure to not make every rivet and edge inside the outer lines, you might want to show those through highlights.

Then you draw with pencil the outlines of the shadows (this will take some practice and study of reference).
It is also very important to keep track of what parts should be coloured black.
Ya don't want to reverse it.

Once you have filled in the black with pen, you draw with pencil the highlights that will turn out white.
You simply draw around that with your coloured pens and you are done.
